Nicole Basurto was born and raised in San Francisco, and she brings that same energy into how she works with clients today. She’s positive, straightforward, and focused on making the process feel clear instead of overwhelming.

Before real estate, Nicole worked in sales and office operations. That background shows up in how she handles every transaction. She stays organized, communicates clearly, and keeps things moving so her clients are never left guessing what happens next.

She works with both English and Spanish speaking clients, helping them feel confident and understood from the first conversation all the way through closing. Her approach is simple. Break things down, answer the questions people are actually thinking about, and make sure they feel in control of the decisions they’re making.

Nicole believes real estate is one of the most powerful ways to move forward in life. Whether that means buying a first home, selling and leveling up, or making a long term investment, her goal is to help clients do it the right way with a plan.

When she’s not working, she’s usually out exploring the Sacramento area with her beagle or trying new recipes at home.
